FINALLY going to read this. I’ve been putting it off. Who cares if I’m in the middle of four other books?
What I’m currently reading. Random, I know.
Finally reading. I think I’ve put it off for so long because I have a feeling this will be a book that will change me.
I just started reading this book and I almost stopped at the introduction. McManus points out in the first few pages some things that have been weighing on me - things I haven’t wanted to acknowledge. But I didn’t stop reading and am looking forward to diving further into Soul Cravings. When I was reading Blue Like Jazz I would write about it from time to time. I’m going to try to do that with this book as well (and hopefully write more than I did before.)
